Love this place! Delish gelato and ice cream :) Also, a very kind gentleman owns this place and while quiet, he is always kind & has yummy ice cream -and SO many flavors to choose from!

The owner is arrogant and rude. When I ordered he began to scoop the wrong gelato. When I repeated the correct flavor and pointed to it he said. "I own this business and know all the flavors, don't tell me what to do" First and last visit for me.

cash only,taste ok. same as other stores. but their service is so bad. i asked for 2 scoops he gave me 3 scoops in two flavors. because one flavor is almost empty. he wanted to finish it. and he charged me more money for my unwanted one. and i over heard he forced another customer to empty one flavor coz he wanted to go home early. blablabla... don't like this kind of promotion although he is old. and i feel he only treats tourists like this.

Worst experience today. Went with my kids. The owner needs to be in a psychiatric ward and not running a business. He is alone in the place. First ignores me and my kids and goes to the next guy in line. We didn't complain. Waited. He served us gelato then I asked for coffee. He arrogantly said I am not going to serve you a 2 dollar coffee and then started mumbling. Snatched cash from my hand and gave the change back rudely while he was still incoherently mumbling. Had my kids not been around I would have reacted. But choose to ignore and walk away. Disgrace.

I experienced racist comment for the onwer the. I was just buying ice cream for my myself and my daughter. I order first for my little kids cone when i was about to order for myself he comment that i shouldn't order for myself and "save that money and buy myself a house" i guess as a black women i cant afford an ice cream. I ignored him and went ahead order. After i paid he comment say here are napkins for your "little boy" how does my daughter looks like a boy wearing pink?. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. sad to see racist in canada.
